We've just posted a beautiful trailer for Sara O'Leary and Julie Morstad's 2012 BC Book Prizes award-winning book, When I Was Small. Seriously, it's gorgeous! (Can you tell we're excited about it?) :) You can find it here!

We are very pleased to announce that "When I Was Small

" by Sara O'Leary and illustrated by Julie Morstad won the 2012 Christie Harris Illustrated Children's Literature Prize. The BC Book Prizes Gala was held this weekend, and it was a fantastic event. Congratulations to all the other beautiful books nomination for the Christie Harris, especially our own "Pussycat Pussycat Where Have You Been" written by Dan Bar-el and illustrated by Rae Mate.

A cute image I spied on Betsy Bird's Fuse # 8 blog. It makes me think of how wonderful it would be to decorate a whole house as though it were a children's book.
